Role Overview
We are seeking a Paediatric Physiotherapist to provide assessment and rehabilitation services for children with physical and developmental challenges. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical and functional assessments of paediatric patients.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans aligned with therapy goals.
- Deliver therapy interventions including manual therapy, gait training, posture correction, and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home therapy programs and rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain clinical records and reports according to DHA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators.
- Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement, and therapy program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred).
- DHA License (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of paediatric physiotherapy experience.
- Experience working with neurological, developmental, or musculoskeletal conditions in children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
